Are vitamins even needed ?  Or do we mostly get enough already in our diet?

I've heard a mixture of stories....
Do people even take vitamin supplements?
How about amino?
At what age should you take vitamins ?
Is there a sequence you should be taking for each vitamin?

Having so many lies out there it's hard to even know what we need and what we don't. With all the different products it can be very difficult. Should people be really even worried about this whole vitamin theory or is there something better then this. It can get confusing "amino acids" "anti's"  "B vitamins" A's, C's ect... It seems to good to be true. Don't we already eat enough already. It seems like a scam. Most of the products seemed not to instantly work, it was pointless. I think the ones that work instantly  are great because you know what works. Why would you take something if you don't know the outcome. Are there any other ones that are instantly noticeable that you have tried?

Do you think other things like fruit, exercise and laughing is enough?
